Its not just a song...
Time to say goodbye
Clock strikes in the dead of the night
I heard the sound of the slamming of the door
Maybe it was not meant to last
Hold tight this feeling and never look back
But I know and you know
That life is more than love
And fighting for what we've got
It's too late to say goodbye
Don't throw it all away
When my hopes were gone
You were there with me
When my life when down
You set me free
And now you go and walk alone
Is it time to say goodbye
When I could not see
You gave me faith
You're my fantasy
My dream come true
And now you turn and walk away
Is it time to say goodbye
Tables turned since you went away
I tried my best but there's no other way
It's said time heals the broken heart
Time has come, I'm still that way
The feeling is still burning
I don't wanna stop
Until you're with me
My heart breaks an empty space
And I just want to say
When my hopes were gone
You were there with me
When my life when down
You set me free
And now you go and walk alone
Is it time to say goodbye
When I could not see
You gave me faith
You're my fantasy
My dream come true
And now you turn and walk away
Is it time to say goodbye
Can you still feel the fire
Burning out, out of control...
Solo
When my hopes were gone
You were there with me
When my life when down
You set me free
And now you go and walk alone
Is it time to say goodbye
When I could not see
You gave me faith
You're my fantasy
My dream come true
And now you turn and walk away
Is it time to say goodbye
When all my hopes were gone
When my whole life went down
You turn and walk away
And now is time to say goodbye
When all my hopes were gone
When my whole life went down
You turn and walk away
And now is time to say
Time to say goodbye

< Tips for the Perfect honeymoon > *winking*
1. Use a travel agent. Agents rarely charge for their services, and, thanks to their expertise and computerized systems, good travel agents almost always save their clients money as well as time. 2. Begin planning early. The sooner the better. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to research your trip it’s actually part of the fun! and you’ll be able to get exactly what you want. (Some places are reserved as much as a year in advance for popular dates.)
3. Share the planning. After all, this honeymoon is for both of you. If you make all the decisions, you’ll feel guilty if things don’t go perfectly. Conversely, if you don’t take part in planning, you may end up dissatisfied.
4. Set a tentative budget. Talk about your expectations and priorities so you can agree before you go about what you’ll splurge on and where you’ll skimp. This way, you’ll avoid money hassles en route. Suggestion: Splurge on your accomodation. Even if you think you won’t spend much time in your room, you’ll probably be sorry if it’s not special.
5. Take it easy. The first few days so you can recover from post-wedding exhaustion and focus on each other. Don’t try to do too much remember, you’ll have lots of time to travel together, but only one honeymoon.
6. Take advantage of free info. Call your destination’s tourist board many have toll-free telephone numbers and websites for free information on hotels, restaurants, activities and festive events. Some even provide discount-coupon books.
7. Register for your honeymoon with a travel agent or tour operator. Gifts are put toward the total cost of your trip.
8. Pack a sense of humor. A bit of flexibility can go a long way on a honeymoon. Expect that things won’t always go as planned. Do what you can to remedy the situation, then relax and enjoy your honeymoon. Years, or even a few
hours from now, you’ll probably laugh.

Exercise Your Brain

We all have little lapses in memory like leaving the keys in the door, forgetting someone's name or missing an appointment. Rarely do we think we are getting old or senile. Most times it's due to too much going on in that brain of yours. You have too much on your mind or you're stressed out. Maybe you didn't concentrate enough on what it was you were supposed to remember.
Research shows that brainpower can increase with mental activities in older people. Aging does not mean automatically losing mental capacity. The National Institute of Aging has conducted a series of tests that prove most dramatic memory decline occurs around age 70, if it occurs at all. Even though memory may fade with time, thinking ability remains strong. Vocabulary and reasoning skills often improve with age.
No matter what your age, exercising your brain may make the difference between using it and losing it. Or if you are young and have older family members or friends who seem to be losing memory, encouraging brain activity can help.
Activities such as doing crossword puzzles, playing word games or cards strengthens the synapses between brain cells in memory transmission areas. Physical exercise can increase mental abilities 20% to 30 %, according to recent studies. Journal writing and working with your hands to build or create can help as well.
For older adults who sense memory loss occurring, use mental helps such as calendars, calculators, list making, and group discussions. And relax. Worrying about what you're going to forget can cause a mental block.

Living your life happily, resiliently, and optimistically is wonderful, but it's also essential to your health. Being a happy person actually protects you from stress linked to such top killers as heart attacks and strokes, and thus helps you live longer and better.
Income, social status, skin color, or health have nothing to do with real happiness. According to recent research, it has more to do with the ability to deal with the devastating blows that life deals, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, etc.
How does one become a content and optimistic person? It's up to you to reach your potential–when situations arise that anger or frighten you or bring on negative feelings, examine your reaction. You can actually train yourself to see the brighter side of a situation and deal with it more effectively and healthfully.
One of the smartest things ever said is that only one thing in life will always remain the same: change. Whether you're in an intolerable situation or even a euphoric one, things always change. Truly acknowledging this will help you cope during times of difficult personal trials.
Social networks are imperative to happiness. Accept people for who they are, avoid constant arguments, and let go of resentments. I don't mean that you should lie down and be a doormat, but rather make an effort to get along with others and try to understand their point of view. This small change can make an enormous difference in the way people treat you and the way you feel about both them and yourself.
A religious connection can provide you with a sense of belonging, support, and purpose. Being part of a dedicated group, with its singing, chanting, and meditation fosters joy and peace.
Gain a sense of power and take control of yourself and your thoughts. Therapy can help people harness a sense of control over themselves and their lives. Don't limit yourself to being a robot performing the perfunctory duties of wife, mother, and employee. But rather, empower and train yourself, and you will not only be happy and optimistic, but you will also be a better person to those who surround you. You are. responsible to yourself to live your life to the fullest of your potential.

How Much We Should Exercise?

For the greatest overall health benefits, experts recommend that you do 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic activity three or more times a week and some type of muscle strengthening activity and stretching at least twice a week. However, if you are unable to do this level of activity, you can gain substantial health benefits by accumulating 30 minutes or more of moderate-intensity physical activity a day, at least five times a week.
If you have been inactive for a while, you may want to start with less strenuous activities such as walking or swimming at a comfortable pace. Beginning at a slow pace will allow you to become physically fit without straining your body. Once you are in better shape, you can gradually do more strenuous activity.
Moderate-intensity Activity Moderate-intensity activities include some of th
e things you may already be doing during a day or week, such as gardening and housework. These activities can be done in short spurts -- 10 minutes here, 8 minutes there. Alone, each action does not have a great effect on your health, but regularly accumulating 30 minutes of activity over the course of the day can result in substantial health benefits. To become more active throughout your day, take advantage of any chance to get up and move around. Here are some examples:
>Take a short walk around the block
>Rake leaves
>Play actively with the kids
>Walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator
>Mow the lawn
>Take an activity break -- get up and stretch or walk around
>Park your car a little farther away from your destination and walk the extra distance
The point is not to make physical activity an unwelcome chore, but to make the most of the opportunities you have to be active.

Cellulite?!! combat it!!!

Cellulite occurs when the connective tissue pulls down on fat causing the fat to bulge under the skin. The less fat you have the less noticeable cellulite is. Diet and exercise play an important role in reducing the appearance of cellulite.
If you want to reduce cellulite you need to detox your body, especially your liver and colon. Lay off nicotine and caffeine, do not consume excess salt or fat and drink plenty of water. Eat foods rich in nutrients like soy, blueberries and nuts. Make sure you get the nutrients glucosamine, B vitamins and essential fatty acids. Onions are also a wonderful food to combat cellulite. Onions act as a natural diuretic releasing water buildup from skin cells.
Exercise to lose weight and tone your legs and buttocks. Do specific exercises to increase muscle mass in your thighs like walking, biking, stair climbing, yoga and pilates. The less fat and more muscle you have will make cellulite disappear. Muscle will stretch the skin and smooth out the dimpled bumpy appearance.

To increase circulation and break up the fat do daily massages to troubled areas. You can also use a body brush in the shower or bath with a body wash or exfoliating product to help increase circulation. Use aromatherapy oils in your bath to stimulate your system: Sage, cypress, and juniper oils aid with cellulite reduction.
Wearing pantyhose will also help combat and reduce cellulite, especially the body shaping ones that contour your thighs. Pantyhose compress fat and help aid circulation. There are cellulite reduction pantyhose on the market now specifically made to help reduce the appearance of cellulite.
You can make a body wrap at home with coffee grounds and seaweed to help reduce cellulite. Take warm coffee grounds and spread on troubled areas, wrap with moist seaweed (can be purchased at health food stores) then cover with plastic wrap. Keep the wrap on for about a half hour. Un wrap and rinse off in the shower. Massage your thighs as you rinse off.
There are also many commercial products that you can purchase to help combat cellulite. Some of the most popular are: L’Oreal Sublime Slim which consists of a day and a night gel to apply daily, Clarins Total Body Lift, Murad Firm and Tone Serum, Body Creator Aromatic Firming Cream, Algotherm Pulpe Activ Minceur, and Guinot Absolue Minceur home version products.
If you have money to spend on your cellulite treatment, there are many good spa cellulite reduction methods.
Cellulite may never completely disappear but at least you can minimize it and make your thighs look as good as possible.

Pilates - way to loose weight n' shape up!

"Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness. In order to achieve happiness, it is imperative to gain mastery of your body. If at the age of 30 you are stiff and out of shape, you are old. If at 60 you are supple and strong, then you are young."

The Pilates method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habit and increasing the flexibility and ease of movement.
The core fundamentals of the Method are based upon a thorough understanding of the anatomy of human body. Most of Osteopath, physiotherapists and general practitioners are now recommending Pilates as one of the safest forms of exercise today.

My Hometown

Mersing is a small town in Johore. The smallest, I can say. I was born here, and are is my other family members. Despite its small town, Mersing has expanded in recent years into a busy coastal town, gaining reputation as gateway to the some of the most beautiful islands in Malaysia and even more, in the world! [I am pround of this] Droplets of islands dimple the waters just off Johore's coastlin. Ranging from mere rocky outcrops - home to hundreds of nesting sea birds to legend steeped island - now home to busking tourists from local and foreign countries.
Mersing is a pleasent fishing village. Sungai Mersing (Mersing River) and a few other tributaries flow gently into the estuary, just a stone's throw away from main rounabout in town. From the bridge over Sungai Mersing, one can see rows of brightly painted blue/green fishing boats parked neatly along the banks. The local fishermen and families live in the villages here where mangroves trees once thrived. [I live here, though my father is not a fisherman] The slow pace of village life is very much intact, fusing well into the recent economic developments, and yet retaining a few quiet, tranquil places to stay.
For me, what makes Mersing a very special place at my heart is its coast. Its long and beautiful coast really make this town one in a Million![I'm not too much to say this. It's what I feel!] Whenever I need a peaceful place, I can always go by the beach. Watching sunrise near the sea, searching for 'Barai', 'Gong-gong', 'Kepah', 'Kupang' and 'Siput' on the beach, the taste of fresh and sweat seafoods and the smell of sea that I can always feel... Those are the most precious things I don't want to loose.
Even though its only a small town, Mersing has its own special thing that other town do not have. That makes me proud to be Suraya Sulieman Mersing, and I am happy to know that I can always be it... *big grin*
*Know what? My eyes will sparkling with joyment n' happiness every time I talk about Mersing. Truly Mersing people! *Winking*
