Dah besar anak ibu rupanya...Cam cepat jeh rasa masa berlalu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Takde wat birthday party pon arini. Ayah pon xder, ada meeting kat Melaka. Just celebrate ngan TokMak, TokBah. Kuar g makan-makan, then TokMak TokBah belikan adiah. TokMak gave Muaz the Ride-on excavator and TokBah kasik Mixer Truck. Seswai lah ngan Muaz yg giler Excavator n' sume mega machine tuh. Ibu lak kasik Aquarium bersama ikan2 yg comel.... will buy that table-chair set tomorrow later k... n' Ayah is supposed to bought Muaz a bicyle (the bigger one).&lt;br /&gt;Birthday cake pon kecik jeh with small yellow aeroplane on it. Muaz really like it, x sabar2 nak potong. Dah beli kek kecik pon still x abes makan.&lt;br /&gt; We'll having ur birthday party later with ur cousins, okey....?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Doa ibu sempena hari penuh bermakna ini.... For me, let him learn naturally... zaman kekecik ni...biarlah dia merasa main pepuas... Walau pun zaman skang ni org dok berlumba2 utk wat anak diorang leh membaca seawal mungkin, ibu rilex jeh...&lt;br /&gt;Erm, xpe ke mcm tu? Kira x berapa berwawasan lah ibu Muaz ni eik... Tp, dlm gitu pun...ibu ada gak selit2 informal learning things kat dia especially masa main n' breastfeed. Dan yg ibu utamakan, melayan kerenah beliau sepenuh hati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alhamdulillah, at age 1+, Muaz started talking. N' now nak masuk age 2, mulut dia sgt lah riuh! Bila dah pandai ckp, pandai lah plak give order kat org! Pepagi kalo kat umah Tok Bah, dah pandai mintak' "Tok Bah, nak nasik agang!". Wa... dah siap boleh order nak makan ape...tambah pening lah ibu. Arini plak dia dok ngaruk nak brokoli. Payah plak ibu memujuk sbb xde sayur tu. Muaz...Muaz....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tadi plak, sedang ibu dok iron baju... tetiba ibu dengar dia mengira.. bila intai2, rupanya tgh kira sweets dlm  balang kuih raya. Alhamdulillah... walau pun ibu x ajar sgt pun, Muaz dah boleh mengira dgn betul before age 2. Terus tetiba rasa excited plak nak start mengajar dengan beria nya... tp, xpe la.. let him continue learn naturally....no force, no pressure...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sembahyang pun dia dah pandai buat pergerakan,  amek wuduk... Tapi bacaan, cuma tau Allah hu akbar...aje la! Cepatnya masa berlalu... cepatnya Ramadhan berlalu, secepat itu lah raya pun abes... dan sekali lagi ibu tergolong dlm golongan org yg rugi...ini dah thn ke 2 ibu x dapat posa 6. Hehe...alasan yg paling kukuh, sbb nyusukan muaz...xlarat.... pd hal sebab skang dah 'selera besar'! haha....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapi raya kali ni memang x best.. sebab utama, abang sekeluarga x dapat balik raya! Terus xde mood nak raya sakan. Sampai kan gambar raya pun lupa nak amek! Huuhuu... Dah tu, lepas abes je cuti raya, ayah  bz memanjang... wiken plak, kami mem'bz'kan diri dok berulang ke kl jeh...sudahnya, x sempat lah berkunjung ke umah kekawan... kalo ada pon, takat g umah yg wat open house jeh. Dalam suasana beberapa hari nak raya ni, yg pasti bebudak lah yg paling seronok skali. Sana sini dok berdentam dentum meriahnya org bakar duit. Tokei2 kedai lak, paling manis senyumannya time gini. Surirumah sure lah dok kalut menghias umah dan wat kueh... Tp, sian kat satu golongan ni. Dalam org sumer dok hepi nak sambut raya, diorang jeh yg dok harap moga2 lambat lah lagik raya sampai. Itu lah dia, tukang2 jahit! (Including my mom!) hehe....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Namun, dlm kegembiraan kita nak raya ni, sama2 lah kita ingat2 juga Ramadhan yg hanya tinggal sedikit ni. Di waktu2 yg hujung ini lah ganjarannya berlipat ganda. Andai kita belum memanfaatkan sepenuhnya bln yg penuh kerahmatan, kemuliaan dan keampunan ni, masih belum terlewat lagi untuk mengejar segala ganjaran yg dijanjikan. Di harap di samping segala kesibukan menyambut Syawal, kita masih tidak lupa untuk mengaut segala ganjaran yg dijanjikan Allah di bulan mulia ini. Kerana belum pasti, adakah tahun hadapan kita masih berpeluang bertemu Ramadhan lagi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebagai penutup, sama-sama kita renungkan hadith ini. Semoga kita beroleh keghairahan untuk merebut ganjaran di hari-hari akhir ini, Insya-Allah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(102, 0, 0);"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Abu Hurairah ra. meriwayatkan bahawa                      Rasulullah SAW bersabda&lt;/b&gt;: "Umatku telah dikurniakan                      dengan lima perkara yang istimewa yang belum pernah diberikan                      kepada sesiapa pun sebelum mereka. Bau mulut daripada seorang                      Islam yang berpuasa adalah terlebih harum di sisi Allah daripada                      bau haruman kasturi. Ikan-ikan di lautan memohon istighfar                      (keampunan) ke atas mereka sehinggalah mereka berbuka puasa".                   &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(102, 0, 0);"&gt; Allah mempersiapkan serta menghiasi                      jannah yang khas setiap hari dan kemudian berfirman kepadanya:                      "Masanya telah hampir tiba bilamana hamba-hambaKu yang                      taat akan meninggalkan segala halangan-halangan yang besar                      (di dunia) dan akan mendatangimu."                    &lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(102, 0, 0);" &gt;Pada bulan ini syaitan-syaitan yang                      durjana dirantaikan supaya tidak menggoda mereka ke arah maksiat-maksiat                      yang biasa mereka lakukan pada bulan-bulan selain Ramadhan.                      Pada malam terakhir Ramadhan (orang-orang yang berpuasa ini)                      akan diampunkan." Maka sahabat-sahabat Rasulullah SAW pun                      bertanya: "Wahai Pesuruh Allah, adakah itu malam lailatul                      Qadar?" Maksud hadis Rasulullah S.A.W. tentang kelebihan berpuasa di dalam bulan Rejab adalah seperti berikut:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 1 hari - Seperti berpuasa 40 tahun dan mendapat keredhaan Allah serta syurga tertinggi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 2 hari - mendapat kemuliaan besar daripada Allah dan dilipatgandakan pahalanya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 3 hari - dijauhkan dugaan dunia oleh Allah, dijadikan sebuah parit panjang yang menghalangnya ke neraka,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 4 hari - diselamatkan daripada siksaan akhirat kelak serta fitnah Dajjal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 5 hari - aman dari azab kubur.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 6 hari - dibangkitkan dari kubur dengan muka bercahaya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 7 hari - Allah mengunci 7 pintu neraka jahannam baginya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 8 hari - Allah membuka 8 pintu syurga baginya.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 9 hari - keluar dari kuburnya lalu menyeru "Laailahaillallah" dan tidak ditolak dia dari memasuki syurga.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 10 hari - Allah memperkenankan semua permintaan dan hajatnya, dijadikan hamparan perhentian di titian Siratul Mustaqim setiap satu batu dan dijadikan 2 sayap untuk terbang seperti kilat di titian Siratul Mustaqim.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 13 hari - Saidina Ali berkata bahawa fadilatnya seperti puasa 3,000 tahun.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 14 hari - Saidina Ali berkata bahawa fadilatnya seperti puasa 10,000 tahun.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 15 hari - Allah mengampunkan semua dosanya yang lalu di samping menggantikan amalan kejahatan dengan amalan kebaikan. Saidina Ali berkata bahawa fadilatnya seperti puasa 100,000 tahun.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 16 hari - dapat melihat wajah Allah di dalam syurga dan orang pertama menziarahi Allah di dalam syurga.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Puasa 19 hari - Dibina sebuah mahligai di hadapan mahligai Nabi Allah Ibrahim dan Nabi Allah Adam. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Puasa 20 hari - Allah mengampunkan segala dosanya yang lalu, dan melakukan amalan baik dengan baki umurnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lain-lain:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;      &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Sesiapa yang berpuasa 3 hari dalam bulan Rejab dan beribadat pada malamnya seperti dia berpuasa 3,000 tahun, diampunkan baginya 70 dosa-dosa besar setiap hari, ditunaikan 70 hajat ketika keluar nyawa dari jasadnya, 70 hajat ketika di dalam kuburnya, 70 hajat ketika terbang suhuf (ketika Al-Quran dinaikkan ke langit), 70 hajat ketika ditimbang amalannya di Mizan, dan 70 hajat ketika melalui titian Siratul Mustaqim.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt; Berpuasa pada 27 Rejab (Hari Israk dan Mikraj) seperti berpuasa 60 bulan pahalanya, jika disertai dengan sedekah seumpama puasa 1,000 tahun.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt; Dapat meminum air sungai yang dinamakan Rejab yang mana airnya lebih putih dari susu, lebih manis daripada manisan, lebih dingin dari salji.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Setiap umat Islam yang berpuasa di bulan Rejab seperti mengerjakan ibadat seumur hidupnya.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Tambahan bersedekah seperti beribadat seribu kali haji dan umrah.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Dibina untuknya seribu mahligai dengan seribu bilik dan seribu bidadari, lebih cantik daripada matahari seribu kali.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;    &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt; Sedekah di bulan Rejab seumpama sedekah seribu dinar, dituliskan kepada tiap-tiap helai bulu romanya seribu kebajikan, diangkat seribu darjat dan dihapuskan seribu kejahatan serta dijauhkan daripada api Neraka. Orang yang lemah dari berpuasa di bulan Rejab hendaklah bersedekah tiap-tiap hari, sekurang-kurangnya sebuku roti. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kelebihan lain bulan Rejab:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;      &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Di dalam bulan lain Allah membalas amalan umat-Nya 10 kali, tetapi di dalan bulan Rejab Allah akan membalas amalan umat-Nya 70 kali.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt; Sesiapa meminta ampun (beristighfar) pada pagi dan petang 70 atau 100 kali di dalam bulan Rejab, diharamkan tubuhnya daripada api neraka.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Rejab bulan Allah, Sya'aban bulan Rasulullah. S.A.W, Ramadhan bulan umat Rasulullah S.A.W.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Rejab adalah bulan menabur benih, Sya'aban bulan menyiram tanaman manakala Ramadhan bulan menuai.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Amalan di dalam bulan Rejab menyucikan badan, Sya'aban menyucikan hati manakala Ramadhan menyucikan roh.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Rejab adalah bulan maghfirah (keampunan), Sya'aban bulan syafaat manakala Ramadhan bulan menggandakan kebajikan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Rejab adalah bulan taubat, Sya'aban bulan muhibbah manakala Ramadhan bulan dilimpahi pahala amalan yang banyak.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pahala amalan baik di dalam bulan Rejab diganda 70 pahala, Sya'aban diganda 700 pahala dan Ramadhan diganda 1,000 pahala. Beberapa amalan lain yang baik dilakukan dalam bulan Rejab:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;      &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Menyucikan diri daripada dosa dengan bertaubat dan memohon ampun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Membersihkan hati yang lalai dan alpa melalui amalan istighfar dan zikir&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dengan menunaikan solat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Memohon keselamatan dan kesejahteraan dengan berselawat dan berdoa kepada-Nya&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Menginsafkan diri dengan membaca kisah teladan perjuangan Rasulullah S.A.W. dan sirah Islam lain. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Peristiwa penting yang telah berlaku dalam bulan Rejab:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;      &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Israk dan Mikraj (27 Rejab)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Solat 5 waktu difardukan ke atas umat Islam (Malam Israk Mikraj)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;   &lt;ul style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;      Perang Tabuk terjadi di dalam tahun ke-9 Hijrah.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;Secara ringkasnya, Israk dan Mikraj adalah sebuah peristiwa di mana Nabi Muhammad S.A.W telah di"israk"kan (dibawa berjalan) dari Kota Mekah ke Baitul Muqaddis serta di"mikraj"kan (dibawa naik ke atas) ke Sidratul Muntaha untuk mengadap Allah S.W.T di mana Solat 5 waktu telah difardukan ke atas umat Islam melalui Rasulullah S.A.W. Semuanya berlaku di dalam satu malam sahaja. Firman Allah SWT:Maha Suci Allah yang telah memperjalankan hambaNya pada satu malam dari Masjidil Haram ke Masjidil Aqsa yang telah Kami berkati sekelilingnya agar Kami perlihatkan kepadanya sebahagian dari tanda-tanda kebesaran Kami. Sesungguhnya Dia adalah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui - Petikan dari Surah Al Israa ayat 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DOA BULAN REJAB:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Ya Allah, berkatilah kami pada bulan Rejab dan bulan Sya'aban serta sampaikanlah kami ke bulan Ramadan. Aku bermohon keampunan Allah yang Maha Agung dan tiada Tuhan melainkan Dia, yang hidup, yang berdiri sendiri dan aku bertaubat kepadaNya. Ya Allah, Engkaulah Tuhanku, tidak ada Tuhan yang patut disembah kecuali Engkau yang mencipta aku. Aku adalah hambaMu dan aku dalam genggamanMu. Aku dalam perjanjian (beriman dan taat) kepadaMu sekadar kemampuan yang ada padaku. Aku berlindung kepada-Mu dari kejahatan yang (mungkin) aku lakukan. Aku mengakui atas nikmat yang engkau berikan kepadaku dan mengakui dosa-dosaku. (for me lah...anak sulung kan..)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;as nurse kat klinik tuh bitau, budak biasanya dlm sethn lebey baru buleh 'reti' sket. so...ibu x de la nak start ajar memacam dah kat Muaz. So, when 1 day, masa tu Muaz dah dekat nak sethn... masa nak mandi, cam besa ibu bukak diaper Muaz. Pastu ibu letak aje kat tepi tu dlu. N' tetiba Muaz kutip diaper tu n' letak dlm tong sampah yg biasa ibu buang diaper tu. Wa..... sgt mengagum kan. N' then, lepas pada tu, satu2 skill n' kecerdikan anak ibu ni kuar. Alhamdulillah...kiranya anak ibu ni budak yg baikn' boleh menerima arahan lah jg. x la nakal mana...tp sgt la xreti duduk diam n' sgt payah nak tdo! Normal la tu kan? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Antara mende2 lain yg Muaz 'pandai' sendiri...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;--&gt; Bgn je tdo, terus amek tuala, kasik kat ibu...pastu tarik2 baju seniri....nak ajak mandi la tu.. kalau ibu suh g amek tuala pon dah pandai kenal tuala seniri or tuala ibu..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;--&gt;Tiap kali dgr org azan, pandai jeh dia wat aksi letak tangan kat tinge tu... pastu kalau dgr org bc doa, dia awal2 dah amin kan dlu. Tp, kalau org lain amin sapu muka,dia sapu pipinya yg tembam itu! haha...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;--&gt;Asal ibu bentang sejadah je, sebok dia yg naik sejadah dlu, pastu semayang...dah pandai qiam, rukuk n sujud! tp xde salam..tetiba je dah sudah! haha..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;--&gt;Pandai slm tgn org dah n' babai..(yg ni di ajar)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;--&gt;Sgt ringan tulang. Pantang nampak ibu wat kerja apa, rajin dia nak menolong. W/pun kekadang pertolongan mu itu lagik menambah kan kerja ibu! So, skang kalu ibu nak menyapu, ibu akan sediakan penyapu kecik utk dia sapu sama. Kalau ibu kemas tempat tdo, dia pun tolong la susun2 bantal tu. Kalau ibu basuh pinggan, pastu pass kat Muaz, Muaz la yg susun kan pinggan2 tu kat tempat nya... pendek kata mmg sgt boleh d harap...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;hehe... itu la antara skill Muaz yg jadik seniri... sgt x sangka, dlm umur mcm ni rupanya sgt cpt dia meniru. So, pasni ibu dah kene hati2, supaya menunjukkan contoh yg baik2 aje! Tp, mmg sgt bersyukur Muaz turn out 2 b a good boy sbb ibu x de la berusaha sgt ajar dia memacam. Sbb rs dia kecik lg. Cuma yg pasti Ibu n Ayah sentiasa berdoa yg terbaik utk Muaz n cuba tunjuk yg baik2 je kat dia.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tp rasanya antara sbb lain his positive improvements adalah kerana Muaz sgt mewah dgn kasih syg.. Iye la, ibu kan x kerja, so full time melayan Muaz je la (pujuk diri seniri ni..) n' walaupun Muaz ni bukan cucu sulung, tp sbb cucu2 lain berada nun d seberang laut, so Muaz sorang ni la jd cucu kesayangan. Di tambah plak dgn tokbah yg dah pencen..full time la melayan Muaz. Boleh ckp sbnr nya Muaz ni lagik manja ngan tok dia dari parents seniri..hehe...biasa la tu kan! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Alhamdulillah....mmg dh itu rezeki Muaz... bulat2 Muaz pun, ramai yg syg! However, additional calories are needed over and above your pre-pregnancy intake to provide enough energy to supply the needs of your growing baby. As you start to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.babycentre.co.uk/baby/breastfeeding/weaning/weaning/"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;wean your baby&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;, your calorie needs will gradually return to pre-pregnancy levels. Department of Health guidelines suggest the following amounts of extra calories during the first three months of breastfeeding: Up to one month - 450 calories Up to two months - 530 calories Up to three months - 570 calories However, recent research suggests that these figures are too high and that an extra 300-400 calories per day is enough for fully breastfeeding mothers during the first three months. There are two sets of figures for the additional calorie intake required after three months. Group 1 mothers are those whose breastmilk no longer supplies all or most of their baby's food after the first three months. Group 2 mothers are those who supply all or nearly all their baby's energy and nutrient needs for six months or more. 3-6 months: Group 1 - 480 calories Group 2 - 570 calories More than 6 months: Group 1 - 240 calories Group 2 - 550 calories &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a name="4"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What should I be eating?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Think of breastfeeding as continued motivation to follow the healthy diet you followed during pregnancy. Mana buleh syg... d stroller isn't wide enough utk berguling2. Isk, dah tu bila x dapat nak pusing, apa lg...melalak la. Aduih...cemena ibu nak beli barang kalo mcm ni? Sudah nya...ibu bukak tray yg kat depan tu n' tiarapkan Muaz. Ha....baru la dia seronok! Tok Mak pun tergelak tgk apa yg ibu buat. gayat gak tgk Muaz duk mcm tu... tp Tok Mak ada dok tolong tengok2 Muaz sementara ibu tengok2 adiah ayah. Calcium-rich foods include dairy produ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;cts such as milk, cheese and yoghurt. If you drink soy milk, ensure it is calcium enriched. You will also fi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;nd calcium in almonds, bony fish such sardines and salmon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Iron is important for healthy blood (so you don’t &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;get anaemia). Good sources of iron include red meat, fish, chicken, eggs and wholegrain foods. A vitamin C source such as tomato or orange juice with every meal will help the iron to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; be absorbed. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Fibre and plenty of fluid is needed to prevent constipation. There is fibre in fruit and vegetables (especially if you do not peel them), wholemeal and wholegrain bread, rice, pasta and cereal (like porridge, Weetbix and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt; VitaBrits). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Protein is needed to help the baby grow. Meat, fish, chicken, eggs, milk, cheeses, nuts, tofu, dried beans and peas are all good sources of protein. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Folic acid or folate is needed to help prevent spina bifida in your baby and is also important for your blood. Its interesting n' I'm happy to share it...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;During the first 12 weeks or 3 months of your pregnancy, you will usually only put on about 1 or 2 kilos, or possibly less if you have morning sickness. Most of this weight is in the placenta (the afterbirth) and in your breasts, uterus and in the extra blood your body will make. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;During pregnancy your body works harder, your heartbeat and breathing rate are faster. Hormones may make your breasts become tender to the touch, and become larger and heavier. Your uterus will get bigger and put pressure on your bladder so that you need to urinate (pass water) more often.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each week of your pregnancy is numbered by the amount of weeks from the first day of your last period. This means that if you have a regular four week cycle, week 3 of your pregnancy will actually be the first week after your baby was conceived. At this stage, you will not have missed your period and won't know if you are pregnant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During week 3 the fertilised egg burrows into the lining of your uterus and is the size of a full stop.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;During week 4, you still haven't missed your period, but if you have been trying to conceive (get pregnant) you will probably be feeling very excited as you wonder if you have been successful this month.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Specialised layers of cells are beginning to develop, which will form your baby's vital organs, nervous system, bones, muscles and blood.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By week 5, your period is late so you may begin to think that you could be pregnant and you may notice that your breasts are slightly bigger and tender to touch. But you may simply feel as if your period is about to start (some women have called the first couple of weeks of pregnancy the 'longest stretch of PMS they have ever experienced'!).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As soon as your period is a day late, you can do a urine pregnancy test. You can go to a doctor for a pregnancy test or you can buy a pregnancy testing kit from your pharmacy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some women may have already experienced nausea and vomiting by this time. This is known as morning sickness but can actually happen at any time of the day or night. The severity of morning sickness and how long into the pregnancy it lasts varies a great deal from one woman to another. For most women who do get morning sickness, the problem usually improves greatly by the end of the first three months, if not sooner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At week 5, your baby is about 2 mm long. Your baby's spine, brain, muscles and bone are already starting to form.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may be feeling very tired at this early stage of your pregnancy. Gentle, regular exercise such as swimming or walking will help you to feel less tired and more able to cope with the demands your pregnancy is making on your body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the end of this week, your baby (called an embryo) has a heartbeat. Blood is pumping around the baby and out along the umbilical cord to the placenta. The placenta is an organ that acts as a filter. It allows oxygen and nutrients to pass to the embryo, and carbon dioxide and waste products to be eliminated. The placenta is also called the afterbirth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your baby's head and body are now defined and tiny buds appear where their arms and legs will develop. Your baby is now about 6 mm long—about the length of a grain of rice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some women find that they are quite emotional during these early weeks of pregnancy, this is caused mainly by pregnancy hormones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some women may notice that their breasts are bigger now and the dark area (areola) around their nipples has darkened. You may see large 'goose bumps’ forming around the areola (called Montgomery's tubercules) and your nipples may become larger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your baby's spinal cord and brain are developing and your baby lies within a sac of membranes and is supported by fluid known as amniotic fluid. Nostrils and lips now appear on your baby's face and the eyes can be seen under the skin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may find that you have gone off certain foods that you used to like. Some women also have a taste like metal in their mouth, which is probably caused by pregnancy hormones. As your uterus is growing, you may need to urinate (pass water) more often because of the increased pressure on your bladder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many women notice that they have more vaginal discharge at this stage. This is quite normal, unless the discharge is itchy, uncomfortable or has an unpleasant smell. If your discharge is causing you concern speak to your doctor or midwife, as this may be a sign of a vaginal infection or thrush. Thrush is a common problem during pregnancy, but can be easily treated. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The baby now looks more human - your baby's limbs can be seen and their hands and feet are taking shape … all this amazing growth, yet your baby is now around just 1.3 cm long!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many people talk about 'the glow of pregnancy', referring to the way a pregnant woman's skin looks. This glow is caused by an increase in oil on skin due to pregnancy hormones. But not all women feel this glow, and some may notice pimples because of this extra oil. Some women have the opposite problem and their skin becomes very dry. Either way, make sure you drink plenty of water (6–8 glasses per day) which helps to purify the skin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the end of this week, your baby is now called a foetus, not an embryo. The limbs are growing quickly and the fingers and toes are forming. Your baby’s skeleton, which started as cartilage, is now changing to bone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You may find that your clothes are getting tighter around your waist and breasts. Your abdomen may look bigger, but at this stage it is often due to changes in your bowel (rather than your uterus getting bigger) and is nothing to worry about. Your uterus is now about the size of an orange and is still hidden within your pelvis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your baby is now about 2.5 cm long and has tiny fingers and toes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;hr style="height: 2px;" id="null"&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Week 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;You&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some women find that constipation is a problem during pregnancy. Pregnancy hormones relax the bowel, which means that bowel motions don't pass through as quickly. Increasing the fibre in your diet and drinking plenty of water will usually help. Your uterus is continuing to grow and is higher than your pelvis. From this stage on your baby's heartbeat may be able to be heard with a foetal heart detector.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Your baby&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your baby's head is becoming more rounded and the eyelids have formed and closed over the eyes. Kpd sesapa yg ada resepi udang yg besh, sila lah kongsi2 kan bersama yek!*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:-1;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana; color: rgb(204, 0, 0);font-size:85%;color:black;"  &gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18px;"&gt;UDANG BLACK PEPPER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;" &gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: verdana;font-size:85%;color:black;"  &gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px;"&gt;500g udang&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu kecil bawang putih dicincang&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu besar sweet sauce (boleh guna kicap manis saja)&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu makan oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 sudu makan lada hitam ditumbuk kasar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cawan air&lt;br /&gt;marjerin/mentega untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B:&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan capsicum (campur semua warna) dihiris&lt;br /&gt;1 biji bawang bangla di potong enam&lt;br /&gt;1 ikat daun bawang dipotong sepanjang 3 inci&lt;br /&gt;2 biji tomato besar potong enam&lt;br /&gt;3 inci halia di hiris halus seperti batang mancis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan sedikit minyak dikuali.. masukkan bawang putih, udang dan serbuk lada hitam. Tumis sekejap.. Pastu masukkan sos manis, sos tiram, dan kesemua bahan B. Setelah sebati.. masukkan sedikit air. Gaul kuning telur &amp;amp; susu. Pijarkan majerin dan masukkan campuran telur dan susu secara perlahan-lahan. Tumis atas api kecik dan kacau2 supaya campuran jadi butiran yang halus. Masukkan bawang putih, cili padi, daun kari, udang ,sedikit gula dan garam.
